Base 10 number cubes grouped into rods that are 10 cubes long will be made available at the beginning of this activity. You will then have to determine how many cubes there are overall. The answer each time will be a round number

A. Determine a missing round number to 100 on a number line and identify its written name

B. Position round numbers, in both digits and words, on a vertical number line

C. Determine 2-digit totals based on base-10 blocks and place value cards

D. Determine 2-digit totals of objects in ten-frames or base-10 blocks

E. Determine totals by counting objects with or without filling ten-frames

F. Represent a given two-digit number with base-10 blocks

G. Identify 2-digit round numbers

H. Decompose 2-digit numbers into a round number plus ones

I. Determine 2-digit totals of base-10 blocks by counting tens and ones

J. Determine totals by counting tens and ones using scattered and dissimilar objects in ten-frames

K. Decompose 2-digit numbers into tens and ones with and without a model of base-10 blocks

L. Solve +/- 1 and +/- 10 equations with and without a model of base-10 blocks

M. Count forward and backward within a ten on a number line

N. Align a scattered set of numbered, non-sequential objects in ascending order
